Hi, I'm early retired, a quiet clean n tidy non smoker, rare occasion drinker only, no drugs ever.
I'm chilled always, so very easy to live n share my home with.
I have a Room for 1 person only, with your own use of bathroom n toilet. It has a near new king single bed, quality back support mattress, wide desk with 2 draws, office comfy chair, desk lamp, ceiling fan, a side occasional table, a double mirrored robe w clothes slide out baskets.
Main living is airconditioned. Use of all my household items that you would ever require living in a home. Sharing my 3 bed 2 bathroom small house with myself. I have a 1/3rd of a spare room free, if you need to store extra things.
Please i do prefer a non smoker or if only an occasional light smoker, then you must go outside, no everyday drinkers, no drugs and please with respect, No sleep overs allowed.
Friends n family always welcome to visit.
This is a very respectful, safe n secure property, locked always behind 2 metre high fencing, a spare locked up car space available.
Or Multiple buses over at the Inala Shopping centre, a 2 minute walk only. Or city direct bus, a 350 metre walk at the end of my street.

*I do Prefer a quiet, clean n tidy Female, as I do have 2 very young Granddaughter's, that visit me on a weekday, once a fortnight only.

*2 weeks rent up front, plus 2 weeks bond.
