The townhouse itself is spacious, especially the kitchen where it can accommodate two people working in it at the same time with plenty of bench space. There is a spare work table in lounge/dining area if needing more space to spread out. Can enjoy breakfast outdoors under the patio taking in the morning sun and local birdlife. This accommodation would suit a student looking for a quiet place to study and/or a single worker looking for a place to crash. Internet available.
The property is well situated being 15 - 20 min. walk or 3 minute drive to Kallangur train station or choice of Petrie train station giving you straight access to Brisbane city or to North Lakes shopping centre. Also easy access to the University - Sunshine Coast Moreton Bay Campus.
Only 20 minutes walk or a 7 minute drive to local Coles/Woollies, KFC, McDonalds, Red Rooster and other local shops and eateries along Anzac Avenue since our location is only 1 street away. Buses are also available. 5 min. drive to the M1 Highway.

About the flatmates
Interested in sharing with an independant female either student, or working full/part time. Appreciates being in an easy going and supportive environment, to be able to relax and chill. Other than keeping kitchen & common areas tidy after use, I am a fairly laid back and easy going person to live with. I enjoy yoga, walking; and outdoors activities and looking for a gym buddy if keen, since I've joined the local gym and getting back into my fitness routine. I also enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them over a social cup of coffee. In the home, I enjoy social conversation over dinner and maybe hanging out in doing some social activities/outings, but at the same time, I'm private and respectful of people's own space and privacy. Welcome to invite friends over for dinner dates & social activities, though not necessarily a party house. I don't mind the odd social drink on special occasions, but this is not a regular thing for me. Definitely No drugs. No smokers - sorry but a deal breaker for me. No pets. No couples.
