Renting out 2 bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. One WITH aircon, one WITHOUT.
The bedrooms could be rented individually or together. The bathroom is private if you rent both rooms as we have an ensuite in ours.
Right now we are staying in bedroom 1, it fits my king bed and some of my other furniture. Bedroom 2 is currently my office/storage room, fitting 2 desks, multiple shelves and all of my art supplies. (We are moving into the other 2 rooms when our current roommate moves out)
When our current roommate moves out the house will be mostly unfurnished so we will have space for your couch/fridge/washing machine ect. Or we will purchase our own
It’s a lovely area with lots of nature and a few parks close by. Balcony and backyard and fire pit.
We are planning on renewing our lease for 12 months in feb/march
