It's right on Moggill road so super easy access to public transport. The house is also divided so that you will essentially only have 2 house mates. You will be living on the side with 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a kitchen. The other side of the house has two bedrooms and its own bathroom and kitchen and is separated by a sliding door/wall. So this just means you will have more privacy than a normal 5 bedroom home. Your room is quite large - big enough to fit a double bed and a desk and some shelving. It also has 3 cupboards.

Lone Pine is across the road a bit and we often see possums. It's quiet and crime free but very close to the city. Moggil Rd stop 31 is behind my house. I am also close to Legacy Way and it takes me about 6 minutes to drive to the city. 9km journey. UQ is on the bus route. I have a cute lap dog named Frodo, who stays outside. My neighbours are lovely and helpful. I live in a cul-de-sac lane with three houses, so it's very safe. There are trees all around so it's very private. I live in the downstairs area, but you are welcome to use my new kitchen, with smeg appliances. I also have a new washing machine and plenty of hanging space. I will clean your bathroom weekly as I am very particular. I also have robot vacuum cleaner which you are welcome to use. The deck is very spacious and great for sitting back and relaxing. You can have your own fridge in your airconditioned room. You can park as there is 5 carparks available. I have two of them. You can also use the barbeque. I have Fetch and Itune tv so you are welcome to watch those programs. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. Shopping center 8 minutes walk. Otherwise you can just look at the trees and sit in the fairy lights. It's serene.
