You will have primary use of the guest bathroom, shared only occasionally when household guests are visiting.
The bathroom is modern and kept very clean.

Common areas include an air-conditioned TV/lounge area, modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, washing machine and heat pump dryer.

Super-fast NBN (500/50) is included — ideal for streaming, gaming and working from home. Happy to provide a second fridge shortly if additional storage is needed.

I recently built this home in a new estate, so everything is modern, clean and well maintained.

I’m easygoing, respectful and fairly low-key at home, and I like keeping the place organised and comfortable.

Outside of work I enjoy staying active and keeping busy, but also happy to relax and have a chat in the evenings. Not a party house — more of a quiet, friendly household.
