About the property
This property is at a great location, in a new estate opposite a cow field. It is near public transport (both bus and train) and the house is only a few years old.
We have a decent sized lounge room (with a PlayStation 2, Xbox one, Nintendo switch, Stan and Netflix)
Our kitchen, dining room and lounge room all have air conditioner for those hot summer days, however the house is pretty cool which is awesome.
We have an outdoor entertainment area with a table and chairs, bbq and decent backyard so it is perfect for having some friends around for drinks and some snags (not to be mistaken with the quality of Bunnings snags)
You would have your own decent sized room with built in closet, and a bathroom to yourself.
The house also has two awesome additional housemates (our two cats) Chandler and Leonardo diCatrio. They are super spoilt and love attention (and food a bit too much) but everyone who meets them falls in love (we are fairly sure they are both part dog?) 🐱 🐱
We also dogsit semi regularly at the moment to some pretty awesome pooches so you will get that doggo fix too if you live here 🐶
Unfortunately we cannot have any more pets here, and no smokers
Having a couple live here is preferred (however weekly cost will be altered to suit this) but are open to singles 🎉

Hello, we are Kayla and Andy and are a fun, easy going couple looking for a new housemate (or two) to join us. We have been together for over 4 years now and are pretty private people but don’t let that put you off, everyone says we are the goofiest people they know 🤷♀️
Kayla is a vet nurse who works full time (mostly afternoon shift). She is 22 and likes her own space but is always down for a chat. In her spare time she likes to watch Netflix, hang out with friends (loves a good breakkie date) and petsit cute doggos
Andy is also 22, and is a full time print manufactorer and works full time 6am-2pm. He also likes his own space but is up for a chat and a game of Mario kart always! In his spare time he likes to hang out with the boys, watch Netflix, and play futsal.
