The room has a built in cupboard and a Queen size bed, but I am happy to remove this if requested.
There are lovely parks, walking tracks and the river very close by.
It's very quiet here, tucked in away from the hustle and bustle.
There currently is no internet, when i manage to get ontop of bills 5g wifi internet will be available, we can include this in the rent too im sure.
Power and water (yes, i have to pay full water) will be included in the rent price.
Only due to my current financial situation, i request -
*x4 weeks bond
(maybe take x2 in some circumstances) which will be returned in full after room is vacated and clean left in the same condition.
*To please stay x2 weeks infront with the rent at all times, I require x2 weeks notice if your moving please, just so I can financially prepare / advertise the room again and you can stop paying rent for those last x2 weeks 🙂
(And can also provide rent receipts and a good reference when you decide to leave)

I am requesting female only due to my son being in the home too.
I do have a beautiful indoor desexed female cat but she follows me everywhere and apparently this will never change lol.
My son is a gamer as most kids are lol hes quiet and a little shy till he comes out of his shell, but is well behaved, mannered and very respectful.
