Its a one minute drive/five minute walk to Sunnybank shopping centre (Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, A frescos with live fish, KFC, petrol station, a 24 hour Mcdonalds) and a five minute drive/ twenty minute walk to Garden City Shopping centre. A very chill house in a quiet street. House is usually dead quiet, so perfect for students or introverts that just want peace. We each tend to stay in our rooms and have more of an online social life.
FAST NBN internet can handle six gamers/4k streaming at the same time. vpn piraters/torrenters arent welcome since our isp detects it and shuts our net down. Torrenters plz look elsewhere.
You can eat meals in your room, as long as it doesnt cause a pest control issue. The real estate agency inspects routinely every 5 months. This involves inspecting your bedroom too, but we pay a cleaner to come in and clean the house (not your room) right before each inspection.
