Im looking for someone clean, respectful, easy going and for the most part quiet to take some of the weekly rental strain away by renting out one of the rooms in the 4 bedroom house I live at by myself in beautiful Manly by the bay. I work full time and am quite career driven and work focussed mostly. Im single so when I'm not working I do enjoy my downtime relaxing at home. I find I dont really need to leave the area apart from work as most things are within walking distance from here.
