This house is located in Mansfield, has good on street parking, a decent sized yard (maintained by me), new bathroom and kitchen, and quite spacious bedrooms and living areas. The living areas are fully equipped with the basics, and the loungeroom is air conditioned. All bedrooms have a fan in them, and nice big windows. The house is close to a bus stop and the local shops (Mount Gravatt village is about 5 minutes drive). The local pub is an absolute hit with good drinks and great food which is about a 200m walk from the front door. There’s a few gyms about 2 minutes away, as well as a Bunnings.
