First $150 of electricity is included each month. There is solar but excess use (e.g. of air conditioner) may incur extra fees. 5G internet has a 1TB maximum (which should be plenty).

There is a washing machine available to use downstairs in the garage and a large garden out the back.

Kitchen is fully stocked and would suit anyone who likes to bake and cook.

There is an electric piano in the lounge that can be used.

There is garage parking available downstairs for an extra $20 a week otherwise street parking available. Downstairs level has an occupied studio room (older male and is self contained although shared washing machine and washing line.)

Must be comfortable with dogs as one tenant has a dog that stays with her intermittently but no expectation of care for this dog. Current tenants are 21F and 20F sisters in two of the rooms. Own pets considered on application.
