Safe, cosy home looking for a single or a couple to join our long-standing sharehouse of 3 (1 couple + 1 individual). Boasting close proximity to public transport and shops and a short drive to the M3 and the South East Busway (Upper Mt Gravatt Station). You’ll have your own room AND study / second room in this older home with maximalist vibes, offering a well equipped kitchen, established veggie garden, and off-street parking.

You are:
Clean, tidy and don’t need to be reminded to put your dishes in the dishwasher.
Not allergic to cats - 2 friendly long haired cats are part of our family.
Happy to share a bathroom with 1 other housemate.
Gainfully employed and take pride in paying your bills on time.
Self-aware and self-sufficient - you understand how the way you live impacts your housemates.
Communicative - we have a group chat for conversations and to provide updates on house related affairs.
Collaborative and contribute willingly and consistently to the everyday running of the house, without needing reminders.
A non-smoker of ANY kind and do not vape.
After stability and are prepared to sign our lease OR apply to become an Approved Person (by the property manager). NB: 12 month minimum commitment.
