Small house but super friendly and comfortable. Mostly gardens around and as mentioned earlier I have bees. I'm a keen Gardener which you can clearly see when you visit.
I'm pretty busy with life and keep fit. The bed has a new matrass and is clean and I need to have it stay clean. The door has a lock so you can keep it private. No smoking or partiers and overnights from others. I'm a straight shooter and so can't deal with anything weird.

About the flatmates
My flat mate just left to pursue different location for work.
So I have a room for rent.
I'm looking for a working man or woman. No smoking around me and definitely not hang ups.
I love gardening and I also keep bees, so if you're allergic you might have to find elsewhere.
Bees are friendly but get a tad peeved when annoyed or the weather turns bad.
I'm not a partier and keep fit by going to the gym daily. I take care of my health and don't want smoking of anything around me or over the top alcohol.
