Must be dog friendly! You’d be sharing with one 34-year-old professional guy and Bailey, a super friendly 2-year-old Groodle.
It’s a lovely two-storey townhouse with plenty of space. You’d have your own bedroom with a fan, air con and built-in wardrobe, plus your own main bathroom with both a bath and shower.
You’d have access to a shared (with me) extra room that’s been used as a home office — great if you WFH, need storage, or want a bit of extra space.
All shared areas are already furnished, so you’ll just need stuff for your bedroom and bathroom. I’m easy and happy to move things around if you’ve got furniture you’d like to bring.
You’d be added to the lease, so it’s a stable setup.

About the flatmates
I work full-time in hospitality at a café and am very respectful of shared spaces, people’s belongings, food, and open communication as housemates. I’m not a big partier, but I do enjoy a drink now and then.
I’m a pretty laid-back guy who enjoys the simple things in life. We’d also have a third housemate, Bailey — a 2-year-old Groodle who’s well trained and loves pats and attention.
I’m into food, the gym, music, exercise, the outdoors and camping, and spending time with friends and family. During the week I usually enjoy keeping things fairly chilled and spending time at home.
