The available room is a large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
The apartment has two bedrooms total so you'll just be living with me and my cat, who is a very friendly silly orange cat that loves a bit of a chat. There is a spacious balcony that is shared, shared kitchen and furnished lounge room.
The aircon in the apartment has just recently been completely replaced so great new working aircon to keep the place cool! The walls still need replastering from this replacement, but it is currently in the process of being completed. There are some minor repairs in the works, including the door to the ensuite.
The apartment is located in Moorooka and is extremely close to both public transport and shops. You will be in walking distance to multiple bus stops and train stations that can take you directly into the city. The local Woolworths is about a 5 min walk.

You'd be living with me and my pet cat, Karo, in this apartment. I'm a considerate and easy-going housemate who is always happy to have a chat but I do also appreciate having my own space and downtime.
I work full-time in research but work from home at least one day a week, so respect for a quiet and considerate environment during these work hours is important.
You'll have your own large room with private ensuite, while the lounge room and kitchen areas are shared.
This apartment would suit a similar person who is clean, considerate, and is comfortable living with a cat.
