About the flatmates
In June 2021, I bought this 2bed 1 bath 1 lock-up garage unit (4 pack) and have renovated LDK since photos were taken. Two of us are owner occupiers and the other two units are rented to quiet people. I am a single 40 y.o. fulltime childcare worker and my spare time focuses on basketball coaching and AFLQ line reffing. I am a non smoker, moderate drinker, will not tolerate drugs. Have lived in this area all my life apart from overseas stint. Enjoy travel, cooking, movies, fitness. No pets in complex. Internet included; other bills Electricity and water will be shared.
