NOTE: Room currently has furniture in it but is not furnished! This house is a three bedroom, 1 bathroom house. It's an old Queenslander, with massive amounts of storage space. It is also is home to two 4yo cats who love cuddles. They will keep out of your way for the most part (unless you have food). We also have a beautiful year old Mini Foxi Cross who adores humans. He is a bit of a lap dog and loves nothing more than to be around humans. The house is a 5 minute walk to Logan Road which has multiple bus routes along there. Holland Park bus stop is also just down the road, probably around 10 minute to walk (I don't actually know since I am lazy and drive). Mount Gravatt Central is 5 minutes down the road, and Westfield Garden City less than 10 minutes away as well which is super convenient. If you are nerd like me, then good news, there are 3 libraries all within walking or driving distance! The bedroom that is up for rent is also attached to it's own personal living room, which is more privacy plus keeps the cats out. UNLIMITED internet included in rent as well as air conditioning in the living room/dining room. Hi everyone! We have a spot come up in our cute house and looking for someone rad and employed who may be interested in moving in within the next month. Holland Park West, 7km from the city, 2 min walk to the Holland Park West bus station (it's about 10 min bus to UQ and <10 to the city). Bond is approx $800. Modern & purty house (with a garden and balcony), chill pad and our home 💗 Cheap rent, medium sized room with drawers (otherwise unfurnished), share bathroom with two females, unlimited internet, split bills and four incredible people. Bills: $19 a month each for unlimited internet, electricity is about $100-$120 each per quarter and usually a little more after summer hits when we use the a/c more often (approx $130 each). Water is around $80-$90 each per quarter. We split gas whenever the gas bottles run out and communal cleaning supplies. There's 5 of us so it's always super cheap split between us. This is not a party house and we are happy, chilled souls who like good vibes and each other's company. We are a no-drama household and accept no crazies.
