Note: Room with own bathroom available for a female housemate to share with a couple working full time Mon to Fri.

The room has direct access to a spacious balcony overlooking the Mt Gravatt lookout, comes furnished with a bed, drawers, desk, wardrobe with mirrors and a ceiling fan. All you will need to bring is your own linen/blankets. There is plenty of sunlight and breeze coming into the room with lush green views of Mt Gravatt. You will have your own bathroom and access to high speed internet. The kitchen has all the necessary items including an electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. You will just need to bring your own pans.

The Mount Gravatt lookout is within walking distance and perfect for a hike. There is a shopping centre within 5 mins walk which has a Coles, Woolworths, Postoffice, cafes and banks. There is a bus stop and many nice restaurants, gyms and cafes within 5 to 10 minutes of walk.

Ideal Flatmate: We are looking for a respectful individual who works full time and knows how to clean up after themselves. International students, graduates and professional are welcome. This is not a party house and the residents of the building prefer it to be kept quite after hours.
You will be sharing with an easy going couple in their early 30s who work full time, going to the gym etc. We are happy to help out if you are new to the area/city.

*NOTE please send a message telling us about yourself, how you live, your work days and what you like to do etc. Rental references and checks will be required. 4 weeks bond + sign a tenancy agreement. House Rules will be provided but essentially keeping the unit clean and tidy at all times.
