About the flatmates
Currently live alone with my Chihuahua Maxine. My previous roommate moved out before Christmas. I’m 47 work full time. I have a nicely furnished room with separate bathroom to rent in a two story townhouse.
In the home I am quiet and respectful, very tidy and hardly ever cook. I don’t socialize much at home because of the size of the downstairs. I do however, love to be social, I just do it away from home.
I like being active, going on walks and hikes. I love dining out and enjoy being able to take my dog with me as much as I can.
I do believe I have a great sense of humour and love to laugh.
This arrangement would suit someone who works or studies full time, is tidy and mindful of my property. There is driveway parking and street parking available.
The complex has two swimming pools and is a short walk to public transport, Coles and two Gyms.
