The home has had a lot of work done to make it comfortable and inviting. I hope the pictures do it justice!

The room on offer is the master suite, with your own private balcony and renovated ensuite! It can accommodate a king bed, has ducted air con and large mirrored wardrobe.
It currently has a queen bed ensemble available for use, but can be removed if not required

I keep the home clean, stylish and common areas are not cluttered or messy.

We like convenience and comfort, so we use dishwasher, dryer, internet and air con without limitation.
We also have a really nice pool in the complex that is SO nice in summer.

There is a female Staghound who lives here, she is very soft and gentle. She is very rarely inside and does not bark.

You are within walking distance to train station, 2min drive from highway and 5min drive from North Lakes shopping. Plenty of great walking tracks and parks nearby.

For the sake of transparency, I would say the 'cons' of this place are: Parking is on the street, 100m walk to front door. Not a lot of excess storage, so can't offer any additional room for possessions. Can't accept any pets (im sad about that too). And No couple's.
