It is 10 minutes (or one station away) from the University of Sunshine Coast - Petrie Campus or Northlakes Westfield.

The house is split into two areas, with the kitchen and dining areas in the central area. Both rooms are at the back end of house and share a bathroom and toilet with a fully equiped laundry area in between. There is a separate dedicated seating area for watching TV and large outdoor patio area with BBQ, extra fridge, coffee machine and outdoor dining and seating area. Separate side gate access can be arranged, if needed.

Each room has new paint, carpet, rugs, ceiling fans, large wardrobe, and dresser for storage and a desk, lamp etc and can accomodate single or double beds easily. You MUST bring your own bed and base.

We are a relaxed household with our day starting at 5/6am and finishing at 9pm. Most weekends we like to relax and put on a Big Breakfast or BBQ for everyone.
We are big on supporting each other, and like to keep a clean house and calm living environment, where everyone works in with each other and is respectful of each other's privacy.
We routinely host to international and domestic

In most cases we can accomodate different rooming and hosting arrangements.
