About the property
This is a 4bedroom home, both main rooms have split system aircons and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. The lounge room also has air con.
The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished whatever you require. There is currently a built in wardrobe, queen bed, bedside table and a tv unit but can move these to another room if you have your own furniture. You would also have main bathroom which has a bath and a separate toilet. For parking (and additional storage) there is a double garage and there is room to park your car in the driveway or there is ample street parking.
Outside there a big inbuilt spa, pool table and bbq out the back.
Ideally looking for one person with no kids or pets as I already have two small dogs so you must be dog friendly.
There is wifi which you would need to pay half of each month.

I’m a female in my mid 30’s who works full time and has two little Pomeranians (one is a puppy) so you must love dogs! I go to the gym, love a drink every now and then and love being outdoors in the sun so perfect this house has a big backyard and spa! I’m very clean and tidy, love a chat but also respectful of and enjoy some personal space and downtime.
The ideal person would have similar interests.
This is a 4bdrm home but only wanting one housemate as I use one as a study and another can be used as a spare room or for additional storage if required.
