About the flatmates
I am currently breaking my half of the lease.
You will be sharing with one other housemate. Quiet, male, late twenties, who works full time, enjoys sports, fishing and socialising. Rent and bills are split in half including rent, power, water and wifi. The house will come partially furnished, the bedrooms unfurnished however I have a bed/furniture for sale if you would be interested. Flexible with move in dates. You will need to apply and be approved by realestate. Current lease is until May but you will be able to renew without issues.
Looking for an easy going, clean and tidy young professional, preferably no pets, working full time and not a party animal.
Mutual respect for common areas and happy to clean up after yourself and keep bills paid on time.
