Opposites a lovely park and short drive to murrumba shops, 11mins to north lakes Westfield. Bus stop is a 4min/200m walk away but would need to take bus and train to get to the CBD.

Option 1: Large room with shared bathroom (with 1 other)
Upstairs or downstairs.
Downstairs: no aircon
Very large room, wardrobes, fans, aircon (fitted end of Jan)

Rooms are furnished with bed frame, mattress, wardrobe with built in drawers.
Other furnishings can be arranged- whatever you may need eg. bedside table, drawers, study table- let me know.
Upstairs: Large bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
Downstairs: small bathroom but will be mainly yours to use.

For convenience, toilet paper and basic toiletries are provided.

Welcome to bring short term guests to stay at $150 per week with advance notice and mutual agreement.

Minimal 6month term.
Furnishing as shown, beds in 4 rooms, dining table (doesn’t include personal items, foods etc on photo).

No access to shed.
