Disclosure- new tenant must like birds. I have 2 little lovebirds who I let out of cage frequently through the day. 🦜❤️

They can be vocal - particularly in the morning at 7:30am when they’re ready for us all to be awake 😣 If u wake earlier then this they should not affect u at all.

Nundah station is only 1min walk away! Nundah fresh food markets is right under our building every Sunday morning with a huge range of different cuisines to choose from. The unit is brand new and quite spacious with an L shaped balcony.

The room itself is not huge, a double bed will fit comfortably, however, a queen or king has all it. You have ur own balcony access from your room with built in full length sliding mirror wardrobe (past roomies have put a tv in the wardrobe to utilize the space)

We have a gorgeous rooftop entertaining area with toilets, a bar fridge, BBQ, fairy lights and seating. It's really lovely and can be reserved for u and ur friends at any time.

The building is very secure with entry via fob and front door key.

About me: I’m the other tenant :) I work from home 5 days a fortnight. My office setup is in my bedroom so not to mess up the common area. I’m pretty social so will sometimes have friends visit for dinner and drinks, sunset drinks or just drop in’s to say hi. I’m hoping the new tenant will be easy going, tidy, clean and considerate.

Approx. bills to be expected:

Internet $45 each (monthly)
Water usage $86 each (6 monthly)
Hot water $150 each (3 monthly)
Electricity $150 each in winter (3 monthly)
