I work full time. I'm a light sleeper so no snorers please 🙂
I keep the unit very clean and tidy. I am 56yo.

I keep the house clean and very tidy and would expect shared cleaning. I am happy to have a chat but also like some downtime, reading, TV . I gym either early morning or after work. I cook most nights.

Short walk to Nundah Village and the train. Quiet block of units. Top level of the unit block so 4 flights of stairs.

Close to the airport. Short drive to Westfield Chermside. A few gyms in the area close by.
