Spacious (3.2m x 3.6m plus wardrobe) room with ceiling fans in fancy house lots of ac, 2 kitchens, and 6-7 different living areas.

😍About the crew

Not party animals- but social for sure- and they’e busy bees: criminology student working for the gov, lovely airport customer service lass, IT fellow from the UK who’s into exploring, and a chatty one into permaculture.

😎Bathrooms
- 2 modern bathrooms, one w/double rainfall shower head
- 2 separate toilets which is handy

😎😎 Brand new, icy cold airconditioning units were installed 2024 - very necessary in BNE!

😎Lounging/living/eating - upstairs shared areas:
-Upstairs massive entertainers kitchen, stone benchtops - for the foodies
- upstairs lounge room
-upstairs cinema space with built in TV
-separate devoted work from home, craft, art room (3x 6m), for all who need it to use

😎Lounging/living/eating - downstairs shared areas:
-Separate downstairs kitchen for all
-Outdoor dining and lounge area
-downstairs lounge
-Grassy rear and side yard

😎What's included:
- all appliances - fridges, washing machines
-the photos are ours and taken this week.
- all rooms have wardrobes, including built ins
- All the random misc stuff that adds up but that's vital to have - mops, new internet modems across both stories, cleaning gear, door mats, vacuums, forks.... etc etc.
-We can help with bedroom furniture if needed
-All common areas are furnished - across the 3 lounge areas we've got 5-6 sofas, a bar cart, coffee tables, boardgames….

-Both kitchens fully stocked - pot/pans/wine glasses/air-fryers/rice cookers, toasters, plates etc. Some housemates still like to bring their own gear which is more than OK and as the kitchens are big there is certainly space for it - but it's certainly not expected or needed

😎The room

-Room comes fully furnished - but if you’ve got your own gear that’s a-ok
-Great size
- Built in wardrobe- with the space being large enough for a queen or desk and feather boas etc etc
-enough room for a work desk/TV etc too
-We have a separate make-space/work from home space (huge room 3x6m for sharing). Letus know if you have a big easel/work set up/sewing machine table that you'd like us to check if it'd fit!

😎 Bills - are an additional 35 per week - includes fast internet (and all the hardware needed to make it speedy), water, power, gas etc.

✅ Good Community -

Just so you know, our household is a member of a network of nice, community-focused sharehouses in BNE, consisting of professional peeps in their 20s to 30s looking for easy living, nice furnishings, and a chill home space. This means that all bonds are paid to the RTA—no exceptions! You also don't have to pay for a new fridge or washer if someone moves out. It also means you're not responsible for the rent if your housemate skips town. Lol. Feel free to hit us up with questions.
