About the property
This is a two level apartment, and I am renting out the upstairs master bedroom which has a built in wardrobe, aircon, and large ensuite. This particular room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. I have just moved in myself so still putting together the finishing touches!
I live in the downstairs space. Access to the courtyard is via my bedroom (or the back gate) and I'm happy to share this space when I'm around.
The apartment is around the corner from Boyd Park, and walking distance to Nundah Village. The bus stop for route 322 is around the corner, and train station is a 13 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
Please note my dog, Evie, a friendly 11 year old Jack Russell lives at the property too.
