This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. You’ll have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with me. We are looking for an individual around a similar age to us who likes to be social but also respects each others space.
The house is currently fully furnished except the bedroom. While I currently use the garage space there are 2 shared spots at the front of the units you’re welcome to use otherwise there is heaps of street parking available.
You’ll be joining our lease agreement for 12 months which starts March 16th (current housemate said she’s happy to vacate from mid Feb if that works better for the Incoming tenant).
