About the Room:
- Rent: $350 per week including bills to be paid one week in advance.
- Bond: Two weeks rent ($700).

- Parking: No off-street parking available. There is plenty of on-street parking in the area, if you really need off-street parking I can speak with the strata and try to organise something for the right people.
I have additional storage in the basement if needed, and most of my kitchen pantry and cupboards are empty.
About the Home:
- Two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
- Air conditioners and fans throughout, balcony, fairly modern kitchen, secure building.
In the photos I have a desk in the main area – but, this will be moved into the bedroom. I'm currently using the master bedroom, but I will be moving into the other room once you move in.
- Public transport, shops and gyms are all really close. The train station is 3-4 minute walk. Woolworths is about 10 minutes’ walk. Optimal for someone who doesn’t drive.
Looking for someone who is:
- Non-smoker, no pets.
- Pays rent on time.
- Cleans after cooking and own spaces.
- Doesn't give random access to other people.
- I'm open to couples staying on a reasonably short-term basis (like, circa. 6 weeks).

About the flatmates
Hi! I’ve owned this unit for a couple of years and I’m now looking for the right people to move in.
I tend to keep to myself, so I figured a couple would be a great fit — especially since I can offer the master bedroom.
I come from a Financial Analysis background, though at the moment I’m doing a mix of work including Uber, reselling, and contract jobs. Outside of that, I’m usually gaming or at the gym.
I don’t really use the TV or kitchen much, so the main living area will be yours most of the time. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and tend to keep the place reasonably clean.
