We are moving in to this beautiful house on the 6th of February
It is a spacious, well lit house and has been renovated really well. The location is nice and peaceful yet still close to CBD and train lines
- 10 min walk to Nundah Train Station
- 15 min walk to Woolworths
- Close to the Kedron Brook Bikeway
The room is unfurnished and the flat is partly furnished (newer and nicer than pictures) we are still needing a fridge and a couch so please let us know if you have any to bring!
The 3rd bedroom is a shared office space with room for another 1-2 desks
There is plenty of free street parking available and we can coordinate with the driveway space (we will have our caravan there)
The owners have set a 6 month initial lease with potential to renew for a further 6 months. New tenants will need to sign the lease so I would give your details to the real estate agent
We’re keen to get along with our flatmates, ideally similar age and lifestyle. Happy to meet prior for a coffee and/walk 🤓

Hey 👋🏼 Sam and I are a young Christian couple, we are friendly, easy going and tidy.
We have just finished a year of travelling Australia in our 1973 caravan and have now settled into work.
I am a Spatial and Data Specialist at an urban planning consultancy in CBD and WFH one day a week. Sam is an apprentice carpenter and works full time around the northern suburbs. We don’t vape, smoke or drink excessively but keen to socialise and get along. We fit in with most people and don’t cause a fuss 😊
