$370 per week. $1480 per month. Nil bond required. NBN $45 per month. Electricity (3 months per bill) and water (6-12 months per bill) separate depending on usage. Rent may increase April if/when new lease signed. Personal contract for lease will be signed between us as I will remain a sole tenant on official lease for security purposes.

Located in the heart of Nundah! 5 minutes walk to Nundah or Northgate train station, Woolworths, Goodlife, Fitness Cartel and a range of restaurants. 15 minutes to Fortitude Valley and less than 20 minutes to Brisbane City via car or train. 10 minutes via car to Brisbane Airport.

I am looking for a respectful, kind and clean housemate to fill the ensuite. It is sizeable, fitting a king size bed, bedside tables and other furniture. Includes aircon, fan and walk-in robe. Everything you need in one place! If you don’t have a mattress I do have a spare double that can be utilised. Car space located in locked garage, currently being used by a neighbour but will be available for use upon move-in.

I keep the common areas incredibly tidy and clean and ask that the same decency and respect is provided. I don’t mind how one keeps their room as long as they don’t incur any structural damage.

Ideally looking for a female roommate but will consider men as well upon application. No couples. Will not respond to couples. Would prefer someone with minimal furniture and a lack of animal companion as my cat is almost 12 and may get stressed and anxious. 😂
