Hi, I’m Janet and I am looking for a housemate to be the caretaker of my townhouse in Nundah.
You will be sharing with two ladies that occupy the bedrooms on the top floor and we are all in our 50’s so we are looking for another lady preferably over 30 that is wanting a quiet lifestyle.
I am looking for someone to water the plants, check the mail and do any other house related jobs that I would normally do while I am home. In return, the rent will be reduced by $50 per week.
