Nundah, Brisbane

The apartment is in a small complex of 5 units, on the first level (above ground). It’s close walking distance to the Nundah Village and train station, as well as having a bus stop on the street out the front.

The room is fully furnished but can be removed if required. There is currently no air con in the room but there is a ceiling fan. The shared areas all have fans and air con.

The bathroom has a separate toilet and while it’s shared, it’s very large and I have a vanity in my bedroom where I get ready in the morning so we won’t be on top of each other.

The third bedroom is an at home study where I work two days a week which you’re also welcome to use.

There’s a shared laundry line and garden on the ground level, visitor parking at the front and ample street parking.

You’d be living with myself and my Maltese x Chihuahua dog, Pinot. She takes a bit to warm to strangers but once she does, you’ll be her best pal.
