We have just moved into this spacious townhouse in Nundah, conveniently located within walking distance to the train station (nundah and northgate), gyms, parks and shops, with bus stops just a few houses away also.
Our two dogs live indoors, and I prefer to keep them inside while no one is home, so being pet-friendly is essential.
The house features a well-equipped kitchen and an open planed living area, making it a great space to relax and unwind.
All utensils and crockery available for your use. Fully automatic coffee machine, ice maker, washer and dryer.
You will have your own bathroom and only shared when we have visitors.
Your room will have air conditioning.
Internet and Bills will be split monthly.

About the flatmates
My partner (27) and I (38) both work Monday to Friday. We share our home with two dogs, so being pet-friendly is a must!
We are only considering LGBTQIA+ friendly people, as we are a gay couple and value a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Our home is tidy and well-maintained. We’re not big partygoers, usually up early and in bed early. Definitely enjoys the occasional drinks and late nights tho. We're friendly, polite, and enjoy a peaceful, respectful living space. My partner can also speak French if that helps also.
