👫🏻 We’re looking for a single person OR couple to fill this room, preferably with full-time income, who are respectful of shared spaces. Currently, it is my partner and I in our room, and our housemate in the other room, so couples are allowed!

About your housemate -
Emma is a 27-year-old full-time worker, who works from home Monday and Friday, and is in office Tues-Thurs. In her spare time she does Pilates, goes to the gym, and reads. She enjoys a bit of gossip after work, or watching a show together. She also enjoys her downtime, and will be respectful of yours. It’s not a party house, but Emma enjoys a drink out or a night out every so often, and we’ve quite often joined her out!

Utilities -
💸 We only pay for Thermal (monthly), and Electricity (quarterly), which we split evenly, and I’d be happy to show you what we’ve been paying so you know what to expect!
🛜 There is wifi available, not included in rent

🏡 Your rent is $345/week if single (even split), or $420/week if you’re a couple. The apartment is $690 in total.

When I move out, I will be taking the coffee table, dining table and chairs, the washing machine, and some dishes and kitchen/cookware gear, so if you have any of this, it’s welcomed!

You would also be taking over our part of the Lease until mid-July, option to renew 🙂
