About the property
We live in a three-storey home in Red Hill (bordering Paddington), and my partner and I are looking for one individual to move into the spare bedroom (sorry, no couples). As mentioned previously in our preferences, we are, of course LGBTQIA+ friendly.
The home is family-owned and full of character, with large windows, timber flooring and plenty of natural light. We’re surrounded by greenery, which gives the place a really tranquil, tree-house feel.
The room available includes an ensuite (with a bath), a built-in wardrobe, and a small private balcony.
Our home is generally a calm, relaxed space where we like to unwind after work, so we’re looking for someone who is respectful, values cleanliness and tidiness, and overall enjoys a peaceful household.
We own a lovely Jack Russell puppy named Lola, who adores people. She’s quiet and is always up for a cuddle on the couch. With that in mind, we’d love to live with someone who enjoys the company of doggies 🐶

About the flatmates
Hi! I’m Bella. I’ve lived in this home for about four years now and absolutely love it. My partner moved in last year, and we’ve recently welcomed a new furry family member to the household.
I work as a Pilates instructor, so my schedule can vary (some evenings I’m home later, and other days I’m out the door early). My partner works as an engineer with more standard 9–5 hours.
On weekends, you’ll usually find us grabbing a coffee and taking our puppy to the nearby dog park. We spend a fair bit of time at home both during the week and on weekends, and while we enjoy a quiet household, we do occasionally host small, relaxed dinner parties with friends.
