About the flatmates
This property is in an amazing location 15mins walk from the beach and main strip full of awesome cafes, bars, restaurants and the dolphins club is just down the road. There's a bus stop at the end of the street and the train station is only a 15min walk away.
Being located on a dead end street there is minimal traffic and noise, with a park at the end.
The house is a very straight forward open setup and the rooms are a nice size. There's a big sized backyard, covered outdoor setting, bbq and fire place that gets maintained by me as part of your rent.
We have netflix, stan, Disney and tonnes of movies, so u can easily enjoy a lazy day on the couch.
It's a very easy going clean house and it'd be nice to have a new mate move in, not just a flatmate 😉
