About the flatmates
Hello,
There will only be 2 people in total living here.
I am 54yo, non-smoker, no children, have a quiet life and live by myself in a 4 bedroom unfurnished house in Richlands, Brisbane.
For $350p/w the new co-tenant can have the 2 rear bedrooms on the eastern side and the large bathroom with large bath and toilet to themself. (Power, water and outside maintence of the yards is included in the rent).
The bathroom has an entry from 1 of the bedrooms for great privacy.
No one has stayed in those rooms since I moved in 12+ months ago.
There's a large kitchen, large walk-in pantry and large laundry to use.
You are also welcome to use my new large 500ltr fridge, large front loading washing machine and large clothes dryer.
There's no furniture in the bedroom or lounge room so please feel free to bring yours. (My items will be removed from the lounge area before the new co-tenant moves in).
Your application will go through the real estate I rent from.
Your name will go on the lease.
No smokers.
No pets.
No sleep-over firends.
No on-site parking.
