Hello, my name is Nicholas and I'm looking for a wonderful person to share my home.

This is a modern 3 bedroom town house in a quiet neighbourhood and a great location.
I keep busy which means you'll have plenty of space to yourself. My partner stays here part time. But mostly it's just me and sometimes I'm staying at her place.

The bedroom is furnished with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There's a ceiling fan and a portable air conditioner to cope with those hot days, as well as a heater for the cooler months. You'll have your own bathroom and plenty of privacy.

The rest of the house is comfortably furnished with good quality appliances and a relaxed atmosphere. I am conscious about what I eat, preferring to cook than have processed foods, and there is a water filter. However, I'm not obsessed and enjoy life's pleasures such as coffee, chocolate and the occasional wine :-)

It's a shared living space and that means that everyone contributes to maintaining a clean place to live and enjoy. I have my own business and the middle bedroom is my Consultation Room where I see clients.

This is a No Smoking and No Pets household.
