We live in an estate with a security guard. The rent gives you access to the lifestyle Centre which has two pools, two tennis courts and a gym. We are within walking distance of a small convenience shop, a couple of restaurants and two cafes. 15 min drive to garden city. We have one room for rent with a private bathroom. All bills and internet is included in the rent. You would have access to Netflix and Stan on the communal TV. On street parking. We are looking for someone that will be respectful of our house, keeping things clean and tidy. We are happy for a friend or two to come over but no parties. We occasionally do have a board game night which you would be welcome to join.
There's a lifestyle centre you can use, which has 24 hrs Gym, swimming pool and tennis court. Internet, water, electricity and gas will be included (if you overuse, you will need to pay extra) in the rent. Your room has a bed, a desk and lights and such. There's air conditioning but if you overuse it, you will need to pay extra! There's also TV you can watch Netflix:)
