Dear future house sharer,
I have a modern, stress free home (no stairs) and surrounded by trees and baby lambs, kangaroos, pool, spa and a massage chair (as well as access to a tennis court just next door owned by my beautiful, kind Hong Kong neighbours).
My 4 beautiful adult children have all recently moved out of my 6 bedroom home and as a CEO of multiple businesses, I travel interstate and to China often. Therefore students or a professional seeking a safe, calm homely place within a beautiful, quiet street - this is your haven. Driveway has capacity for 2 cars undercover and ample street parking also.
Both furnished bedrooms have 3 door built in wardrobes, new carpet, air-conditioned, new LED lighting, fire alarm safe regulations and private media room as well as a private bathroom with a deep bathtub. One room is overlooking the swimming pool and the other with a private balcony. I have a spa and a massage chair - they go well in that order :)
The Eight Mile Plains Bus station, Sunnybank, Westfield Garden City, access to the Gateway, SE Freeway and shops are all in less than 5-7 minutes, as well as AC, unlimited internet, within a safe, fire alarm standard home and no bills.
