About the property
This is a nice furnished room in a free standing house shared with only 1 other person and 1 friendly dog.
The room has a queen bed, bedside table, desk and built in wardrobe.
Available from January 8.
There is heating/aircon in the living/kitchen area which flows through to other rooms if the door is open. The living area has a comfy couch, breakfast bar and we have a separate dining room to relax in. There is an internal laundry too.
The house has a big garden with outdoor seating and BBQ where I try to grow some veggies. Plenty of buses to the city and South Bank are close by and it takes around 30 minutes to Southbank by bus. Parking is available on the grass of the front lawn.
The location is close to Griffith Uni Nathan Campus and QE II hospital. Aldi and Hungry Jacks are across the road. A nice forest with long and short walks is only 10 minutes walk away.

I am open to all genders and would consider couples if it is the right fit. Couples are $380 or ask me about doing some chores like mowing for a discount.
Sorry I can't accept any other pets.
Currently I prefer shorter stays up to 3 or 6 months. Students and Backpackers are welcome.

About the flatmates
I am in my mid 30s, full time employed working Monday to Friday and currently living by myself with my Golden Retriever.
I used to be a backpacker, originally from Germany, and I welcome any backpackers and students looking for temporary accommodation. My preference are short term stays up to 3 months, even a week or 2 is fine.
I enjoy growing my own veggies, going to beaches, hiking and going camping. Or going swimming with my dog. I also enjoy any type of activity like board games or escape rooms.
I'm friendly and approachable, happy for someone wanting to share a meal or drink or wanting to join an activity. Of course I'm also okay if you live a busy life and just need a week quiet accommodation.
Parents visiting their backpacker or student adult kids from overseas are also welcome.
You must be okay with dogs. She is very friendly and appreciates attention.
