The house is on a large block in a quiet leafy neighborhood and is just two minutes to the Salisbury train station by walk.(The train station is currently under renovation).
The house includes a full-size kitchen, a large lounge area, a laundry room and a big backyard with plenty of off-street and on-street parking available.
The room itself is unfurnished however, the rest of the house includes all the necessary furnishing. The rent includes water, electricity and unlimited internet.
You will be sharing the house with me and Vivienne who is also sociable and easy going.
