Welcome to our peaceful space.
A newly renovated 3 bedroom home that is self contained on the ground floor. Walking distance to the water and nature reserves. Sandgate has a wonderful village, park run and strong sense of community with live music.
There are 3 rooms. We are looking to rent out 2 to maintain a clean, peaceful environment. Rent is $360 per room pw for single. There is a peaceful green aspect surrounding the space with a front garden.
A new kitchen with full oven to be shared between the two rooms. The front yard has a lovely space for outdoor dining/BBQ or just to sit and enjoy a drink/tea.
We're a non-smoking household.
We can consider rent of $530 pw for a couple.
Only one room is available as the other room has a great guy in his 30s that has extended.
