Our house is like a little hidden paradise. The property has many areas to escape and relax, so you don't feel like you are crowded in. Large Salt water pool area with sun lounges and shaded areas as well. Large undercover entertainment area with Billiard table, BBQ facilities, gym, and large lounge to relax in. Your housemates are of an International flavour...aged in their mid 20's to mis 30's.. It is a large 2 level house.
Your room is a good size, with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, Desk, and 1/2 size fridge.
Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need. Gas cooktop!!
Includes ALL bills, unlimited Internet, and fortnightly cleaner for all common areas and Bathrooms....which is a big start to a happy household.

About the flatmates
Our Tenants are mostly International visitors who come here to study. They are all decent, respectable people. They speak perfect English and work and study hard. I do not live there myself... but I am only 5 mins away. You will enjoy their company and conversations. They know all about the local area and local transport. The house has its own charm, but the rules are all the same. No parties, and you must clean up your own mess. I employ a fortnightly cleaner, who clean the common areas/kitchen and bathrooms etc. This has proven to be the key to Harmony in the house to get a clean slate every fortnight. I am always there to help you in any way I can. There are good house rules in place that you must agree to prior to moving in.
