Hello, We have a great house in Morningside, which is close to the CBD. It is private, full of space, with great areas to chill and relax. Feels like home. With a swimming pool, BBQ, pool table, it is an awesome summer house. We also supply a fortnightly cleaner to keep everyone happy, all bills are also included. Everything is supplied. Large undercover entertainment area as well. Bus stop at front door, with 212, 214, 215 and 220 to CBD or Valley. Morningside train station close by.
Nice room with KING single bed, fresh linen, study Desk, Dressing Table, Wardrobe. Ready to go. Fully equipped Kitchen. Includes ALL Bills, fortnightly cleaner.
It is NOT a PARTY house!.... but a nice relaxing social house, or you can certainly keep to yourselves you wish. Good house rules in place, so everyone is clear on noise levels and respecting each other. (Drug free household). Great Flatmates too.
