Hey there! Our housemate is moving out and we’re looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to take over by the end of the January.
Price: $240 per week (bills not included) + approx 4 weeks rent for bond.
We have high speed wifi ($23.33 each per month), and electricity and water split evenly :)
Current lease ends 4/12/2026.
We are looking for someone to move into our beautiful home in the leafy Sherwood. This area is quiet and safe, has easy access to public transportation and is close to local shops, supermarkets and parks. You will share with two girls who are both full time workers, and you will be moving into a lovely pocket of Sherwood with friendly neighbours. There are also 2 affectionate cats in the house. In general, it's a quiet household but we do enjoy get-togethers with friends and dinner parties on the back balcony from time to time.

About the flatmates
You will share with me, Luka, and Sofie.
Luka - I’m 22 and work full time in the city as an assistant research officer. I like to spend my time doing crafts, getting out in nature or going op shopping with friends.
Sofie here - I’m 26 and work shift work as a registered nurse. On my days off, I’m normally reading or watching movies in or going out to see friends. I also own 2 black cats, named Nori and Wasabi. They are quite friendly once they get to know you, and mostly sleep all day!
We are both laid-back and friendly and enjoy good banter and easy living.
We like a respectful household, currently that looks like everyone contributing to general cleaning and upkeep of the house, keeping the shared areas tidy, shooting a text if someone is staying late, or staying over/if there is going to be noise late etc. All of the norms of house sharing :)
Looking for a like-minded house mate who would like to make this space their home.
