The apartment is large and modern in a nearly new building in South Brisbane/west end. The building has excellent amenities with a rooftop pool, cold plunge, hot tub and spa. As well as a gym and Pilates studio downstairs. The room for let is the master and has its own ensuite, I use the other bathroom for myself. The apartment comes furnished except for the bedroom itself which the current flatmate may be willing to sell the queen sized bed for if needed. It is in an excellent location for public transport being only a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station. It’s also surrounded by cafes and restaurants.
