I’m moving out as my boyfriend and I are moving into our own place, so my wonderful housemate is looking for a new housemate to take over my room.

You’ll have your own private bedroom with direct access to the balcony, plus your own bathroom. The bathroom isn’t an ensuite and includes the washing machine and dryer, which will be shared. There’s no air conditioning in the bedroom, but the living room is air-conditioned for those hot summer days.

The balcony is huge, stretching from the front to the back of the apartment, and is one of the best parts of the place.
One car space is available if you need parking.

I’ll be taking most of my furniture with me, so it would be ideal if you have your own furniture for the bedroom and living area.

Rent is exclusive of bills (internet included). Electricity is split monthly, and hot water is split quarterly as the bills come in.

I’ve lived in this building for over four years and absolutely love it. The building has a pool, gym, and BBQ area, and the neighbours are genuinely lovely.

Everything you need is close by — Coles, Woolworths, and Harris Farm, plus great cafés, restaurants, hairdressers, and a nail salon, all within walking distance.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, communicative, tidy, and reliable with rent. My housemate’s preference is for a female working full-time, but we’re open to chatting to see if it’s the right fit 🙂

I’ll be breaking the lease and covering the change-of-tenant fee. The current lease runs until August, with the option to renew.
